Tanzania is a great safari location for families! The national parks are close together, so the driving distances are minimized, and there are a number of excellent cultural activities to enjoy. Our sample safari itinerary tries to keep daily drives short, mixes game viewing with more active endeavors, combines hotels and tented camps, and offers a swimming pool every few days.
